How to Write a Good Bug Report
A clear bug report helps us fix things faster. When filing a bug, please include:
- Which app and version — e.g. Simple Time Report v1.2.0
- Steps to reproduce — what exactly did you do? Be specific enough that we can follow along
- What you expected — what should have happened?
- What actually happened — what went wrong? Include error messages or screenshots if you can
- Your environment — Jira Cloud or Data Center? Which browser? Any relevant settings?

How to Write a Good Feature Request
We love hearing what would make our apps more useful. When suggesting a feature, it helps to include:
- The problem you're trying to solve — what's the pain point? This helps us understand the "why" behind your idea
- Your ideal solution — how would you like it to work?
- Alternatives you've considered — have you found a workaround? What have you tried?
- Who it helps — is this just for your team or something you think many users would benefit from?
